As temperatures drop at night this time of year, it becomes the season of gathering around the warmth and glow of an outdoor fire. This patio space designed by SweisKloss for this Bel Air estate is perfect for the season.

Nestled into the side of the property, the large gas fire pit is the focal point of this intimate and tranquil outdoor space. Repurposed brick laid in a classic pattern creates a rustic look while flames dance above Firepit Creek Stones in black and blue range flagstone cap.

Wall scones create a soft glow that allow the firepit and moonlight to be center stage. Thoughtfully placed lights in the garden add ambiance to the setting and highlight the surrounding landscape. Deep wicker chairs offer comfortable and cozy seating. A neutral color palette of browns, beiges and brick blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape while a mixture of textures add depth. Just add a warm blanket and a hot drink, put on some Nat King Cole and relax in the warmth and magic of the season.
